How to Get Rid of Black Spots Acne / Remedies of Black Skin Spots

Introduction

This special report is short and to the point. It contains no fluff – no fillers.
What you are about to read on the following pages are natural ways to help you smooth your skin tone
and start lightening dark spots on your skin.
Dark spots can be caused by a number of reasons but this report focuses mainly on treating blemishes
on the skin caused by acne outbreaks.
Enjoy the read.

Before the Blemish

In order for a dark spot (referred to from here forward as a blemish), to appear on your skin, a number
things may have happened:
• A bacterial infection in the skin resulting in an acne outbreak
• Irritation from picking or squeezing
• Overuse of cosmetics
• An allergic reaction
• Hormonal changes
At this point, you may not care what caused your blemish. You just want to get rid of it.
Understandable.
However, blemishes can often be prevented.  In the case of a blemish caused by acne, the following
habits can prevent future outbreaks:
• Following a daily skin care regimen for your skin type
• Thoroughly cleansing dirt and debris from your skin daily
• Keeping your hands off of the affected area
In any event, sometimes blemishes are unavoidable. Especially in ethnic skin.  We are more prone to
hyper-pigmentation than caucasians
So what are the available treatments for when a blemish decides to rear its ugly little head?

What You Should Know Before Treating

Acne medications may get rid of current acne breakouts, but most of them don't do anything to help
with blemishes or other skin issues left behind after the acne clears.
There are plenty of procedures you can go through to get rid of blemishes and scars, but they are
expensive and often painful. Do you really want to go through using burning creams or laser surgeries
to get rid of your acne scars?

Natural products and recipes may not only help clear your acne, they can also help get rid of the
blemishes that are left behind long after the acne has cleared.  Plus, they don't expose you to dangerous
chemicals or procedures.

So without further ado, on the pages that follow you'll fine 9 natural, at-home treatments to help you
get rid of your acne blemishes (and often your acne).
Many of these home care treatments will also improve the general quality of your skin as well.

The Remedies

Aloe Vera Juice

You can get pure aloe juice in a whole foods market.
Apply the aloe vera juice directly to your blemishes with a cotton ball or towel.
Allow it soak into the skin for 10-15 minutes and rinse.
Aloe is also famous for treating burns and easing itchy dry skin.

Tomato

Lay down and put tomato slices directly onto any acne scars you may have.
Allow the tomatoes to sit on the skin for a few minutes, then rinse clean.
The nutrients in the tomatoes will not only help remove acne scars, but will also help soothe inflamed
skin.

Lemon Juice

Apply lemon juice to your blemishes with a cotton ball.
Allow the lemon juice to soak into your skin for abut ten minutes and then rinse with cool water.
The acid in the juice helps slough off skin damaged by acne so new, healthy skin can shine through.
This is the #1 natural remedy for helping to lighten  skin that's been blemished.

Lavender Essential Oil

Massage therapeutic grade Lavender oil into your skin at bedtime.
Rinse your face thoroughly of the lavender oil when you wake up in the morning.
(Don't forget to wear sunscreen before going outdoors)

Sandalwood Essential Oil

Gentle to the skin when mixed with a carrier oil like almond, Sandalwood is effective at reducing the
appearance of blemishes with regular use over time.

Almonds, Honey & Lemon

Soak ½ a cup of almonds in water overnight.
In the morning peel skin off of the almonds and make a paste of it by adding organic honey and lemon
juice to it.
Allow the paste to sit on your skin for 15 minutes
This is best done at night for the sake of time.
Olive oil.  Instead of your regular facial moisturizer, try massaging some quality extra virgin olive oil
into your face.  This will help soothe inflammation, moisturize, and reduce the appearance of acne
scars.

Pure Honey

Apply pure (preferably organic) honey directly to blemished skin with a  cotton ball daily.
Allow it to soak in for 10 minutes and rinse with cool water.
Honey kills germs and bacteria that cause acne.  It's also a fabulous natural moisturizer.

Egg whites

After you separate out the yolk, apply egg whites to your face and allow to dry for about 15 minutes.
Rinse off and you'll find not only that scars and overall redness disappear, but it also closes pores in
just one use.

Cucumber

There are all kinds of products on the market that claim they can remove acne scars completely.  If a
product says this, it probably is really too good to be true.  Removing acne scars is going to take time.
Remember to be patient because the effect will be gradual.  If you've been using one treatment for a
while and haven't seen any results, move on to something else.
The key is to have patience and keep trying until you find what works for you.
Extract the juice from a cucumber and apply it to your blemish.
Allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then rinse.
This will help close up pores and slowly fade blemishes.
